Tell us your device and browser, what you were trying to do and what happened. For an export problem, include the style, poster type and size.

A screenshot can help. Remove private names, photos or event details that are not needed. Support is by email; there is no fixed response-time promise.

Missing a draft?

Drafts and matches are saved in your browser. Support cannot restore cleared browser data or retrieve drafts from another device.

If you have a JSON backup, use Library → Import backup and read the replacement confirmation. See Privacy.

Current service

The product and support name is Yuji Court. It is a free beta with no paid orders, subscriptions or live checkout. Required operator and seller details will be published before a paid launch.
