Your drafts are local. The studio does not have accounts, a cloud photo library or cloud draft recovery.
What stays in your browser
The browser stores posters, active and saved matches, rackets, stringing and session records, actual spending, a local profile and avatar, favourites, quiz drafts and results, ideas, and challenge or concession letter drafts. This can include names, dates, notes, scores, selected photos and logos, and editing information.
Website files may also be cached by a service worker for offline use. Browser storage is not synchronized across devices or between different website addresses. Private browsing, storage limits or clearing site data can remove your work.
Photos, downloads and sharing
Selecting a photo or logo reads it locally and draws it in your browser. The current studio does not automatically upload your selected images, player names or scorebook to a Yuji Court content database.
PNG, PDF and JSON downloads are saved using your browser. Editable backups can include names, images, spending and event details, so share them only with intended recipients. A letter or quiz reading link includes its content in the URL fragment; anyone you give that complete link can read it. Copying a link does not automatically send it to anyone. If you use your device’s share sheet, the selected app or recipient receives the file you choose.
Website requests
Cloudflare serves the public website. Page delivery and security involve technical request data such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and timing. Infrastructure systems may process operational or security logs through global infrastructure; no fixed deletion period is stated here.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, page views, referral sources, device types and page performance. Its performance beacon does not use cookies or read browser storage to track visitors. The beacon loads only on our public website, not on local test copies. This setup measures page loads; it does not count individual downloads or identify signed-in users.
We do not send your form entries, photos, names, scores or local records to analytics. Query strings and URL fragments, including shared card content, are removed from the beacon’s page and referral URLs. Automatic single-page route measurement is disabled. Local fonts are served with the website. Advertising trackers are not included.
Cloudflare receives the technical information needed to deliver and process a beacon request. See Cloudflare’s beacon data and privacy information. A blocked analytics script or an offline browser does not prevent the studio from working.
Keep, move or delete your work
- Keep editable work: export a complete JSON backup from Tools → Data & backup. Library also exports the poster workspace separately.
- Remove a saved draft: use its Delete action. This does not clear the currently open poster.
- Clear local data: remove storage and cached data for this website in your browser’s settings. Yuji Court cannot restore cleared browser data.
- Delete downloaded files: remove them separately from your device’s files.
Support messages
Emailing hliu98955@gmail.com sends your address, message and attachments through your email provider and the support mailbox provider. We use that correspondence to answer your request and investigate the issue. Share only the information needed.
Send access, correction or deletion questions about support correspondence to the same address. We cannot retrieve or delete local drafts on your device remotely.
Accounts and payment testing
The public studio does not collect account passwords or payment details, and live payments are not enabled. A separate development sandbox is used to test payment integration; it does not create a paid order in this free studio.
If accounts, cloud storage or paid services are introduced, their data flows and terms will be described before they are enabled. Yuji Court is the product brand; required operator and seller information will be published before a paid launch.
