No live payments. The current studio has no checkout, paid order recovery or subscription billing.
What applies today
Every current editing, scoring, PNG and A4 PDF tool is free. Downloading or sharing a poster does not place an order. There is no current charge to refund.
Future paid features and prices are not set. The separate payment development sandbox is a test environment and does not establish a paid purchase in the public studio.
If an export does not work
Wait for the live preview to finish, then try again. Check whether your browser opened a file preview or saved a download. If you see a local-storage warning, keep a JSON backup before closing or clearing the page.
For help, email hliu98955@gmail.com with your device, browser, poster size and what happened. Remove unnecessary private information from screenshots.
Before any paid launch
Confirmed purchase and refund terms will be available before checkout opens. They will explain the seller, delivery, support, refund request process and applicable conditions for the actual paid offer.
This page does not announce a paid refund deadline or a blanket no-refund rule.
